Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience delivering Atlassian solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Proven experience with migrations, upgrades and consolidations
- Atlassian technical migration accreditation or certification
- Experience administering Bitbucket and Bamboo
- Strong Jira Service Management configuration experience
- API and scripting knowledge
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, DevOps and ITIL
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain and optimise Atlassian platforms
- Deliver Jira and Confluence upgrades, migrations and consolidations
- Perform technical assessments and health checks
- Administer Jira and Confluence instances
- Support Bitbucket and Bamboo
- Configure Jira Service Management, including queues, SLAs and automation
- Develop integrations using APIs and scripting
- Automate application upgrades and testing through CI/CD tooling
- Work directly with stakeholders and customers to deliver effective Atlassian solutions
