Leading Consulting organisation is seeking an experienced Consultant / Senior Consultant with a strong background in the insurance sector and proven expertise in PMI (post-merger integration). This role offers the opportunity to advise top-tier insurers on strategic integration and transformation programmes, helping clients navigate complex post-merger environments with confidence and precision. This is a permanent role based in London, on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days. Salary on offer is between £65K - £85K (depending on experience) + Bonus and Full Benefits.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders to assess integration readiness, identify synergies, design target operating models, and drive successful execution. The role requires strong analytical capability, operational understanding, and the ability to translate complex challenges into practical, business-focused solutions.
Responsibilities:- Lead or support post-merger integration and transformation workstreams for insurance clients.
- Conduct readiness assessments, gap analyses, and synergy evaluations across key business functions.
- Advise on operating models, governance, and cultural integration strategies.
- Partner with C-suite stakeholders to define objectives, facilitate workshops, and oversee execution.
- Support change management, communication, and reporting on progress and risks.
- Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.
- 4-7 years of Consulting or Advisory experience within Insurance.
