This role will act as the primary technical authority for SilverFort, responsible for its architecture, policy design, integration with wider identity, security and infrastructure services, and overall service maturity.
The SME will be the primary authority on SilverFort architecture, policy design and integration with other services, including escalated support and project enhancements and vendor liaison.
Deep understanding of SilverFort architecture, agentless MFA and its policies is required. Sufficient understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and proxies is essential. Essential understanding of ITIL practices is also necessary.
