Our IT services client is seeking an Inventory Support Administrator for their site in Erskine. This is a 12 month contract working fully onsite 5 days a week. Due to the location and for ease of travel, this would suit applicants in the immediate area.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assessing inventory and running reports to look for aged WIP inventory, liaising with TRC delivery leads & inventory controllers to work on priorities and coordinate investigations.
- Providing inventory support to TRC operation, investigating blockages preventing inventory movements.
- Compiling monthly recycle forecasts for Finance.
- Inventory batch job monitoring, running inventory discrepancy journals to clear sync errors.
- Resolving systemic issues working with IT support where necessary.
- Supporting Document Control, technical authoring, administration of the document control SharePoint.
- Preparing for and participating in customer/internal audits.
- Back-up support for vendor operations processes, answering queries, processing buyouts, coordinating vendor recycling consignments, retaining records.
