We are representing a forward thinking engineering and technology company looking for an experienced People Partner to join their team in Romsey for a 3 month contract, with a strong focus on employee relations. This is a hybrid working role with 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.
This is a hands-on role where you'll manage a varied ER caseload and support managers with everything from discipline.
