We are representing a professional services client who is looking to hire a Business Management Administrator to join their successful and growing team in Farnham. This is a varied role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office, working closely with the Business Management team and providing administrative support across the wider organisation. You will be responsible for helping to keep the office running efficiently and providing a high level of support to colleagues, clients and external stakeholders. Due to the nature of the role, this is a fully onsite role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the office, including facilities, supplies and equipment
  • Providing general administrative support across the business
  • Document management including maintaining filing systems
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments and internal events
  • Supporting billing
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other external contacts
  • Using Microsoft Office and internal systems to manage administrative tasks
  • Supporting team-building, social and charity events
