The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Campaign Production Coordinator to support the delivery of digital creative campaigns across multiple global digital platforms and services. This is a 12 month contract with hybrid working options available from the company's central London offices. Working within the Go-To Market team, you will coordinate creative production workflows, manage campaign assets and timelines, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate digital creative production across multiple campaigns and channels.
  • Manage campaign workflows, ensuring briefs, assets, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined.
  • Work closely with creative, media, and production teams to support campaign delivery from briefing through to launch.
  • Maintain production trackers, status updates, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate stakeholder feedback and approval processes.
  • Support continuous improvements to creative workflows and ways of working.

About You

You will have experience in creative production, campaign coordination, digital marketing, project management, or agency account management. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable working with creative assets, timelines, and approval processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident managing competing priorities. Experience with DCO, paid social, display advertising, or dynamic creative is advantageous but not essential.
