We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team on a 8-12 week temporary contract, supporting a large-scale customer administration programme in Worthing.
This role requires accuracy, organisation and excellent customer service.
You'll work as part of a supportive team, ensuring requests are processed efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities include: Process instructions accurately and within agreed timescales.
Review and check customer documentation, ensuring all information is complete and correct.
Identify missing or incorrect information and resolve queries where required.
Contact customers by telephone to obtain additional information or clarify requests.
Update customer records and maintain accurate data across internal systems.
Prepare and process incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Support the team with a variety of administrative tasks, including document handling, mail preparation and record management.
About You We're looking for someone who has: Previous administration experience in a busy office environment.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal A professional and friendly telephone manner.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
A proactive, reliable and team-focused approach.
Experience within financial services or another regulated environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
