The Opportunity
We're recruiting for an experienced Warehouse & Production Manager to lead warehouse, distribution and production operations in Irvine. This role would suit a Warehouse Manager, Production Manager, Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Logistics Manager or Supply Chain Manager with experience driving operational performance, production output, stock accuracy and team development.
You'll be joining a growing organisation supplying specialist mobility and healthcare products to care homes, hospitals and healthcare providers across the UK. Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations
- Manage goods-in, inventory control, picking, packing and despatch.
- Maintain stock accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

- Manage production plans, workflows and labour allocation.

About You
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, Production Manager, Operations Manager or similar leadership role within a manufacturing, production, distribution or logistics environment. Experience managing warehouse operations, inventory control and production activities. Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of manufacturing, assembly or production processes. Experience driving continuous improvement and operational efficiencies. Good working knowledge of WMS systems and Microsoft Office.
