User Researcher Role Overview We are looking for an experienced User Researcher to work within multidisciplinary Agile teams, helping to understand user needs and improve digital products and services. You will conduct research, generate actionable insights and work closely with Product, Design, Technology and Business stakeholders to ensure decisions are informed by robust user evidence. Key Responsibilities Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, contextual research, usability testing and surveys. Recruit appropriate and representative research participants. Analyse research findings and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Test prototypes, user journeys, content and live services to identify usability issues and improvement opportunities. Embed user research throughout discovery, development and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Product Managers, Service Designers, Content Designers, Developers and Business Analysts. Present research findings and recommendations to technical and senior stakeholders. Ensure research considers accessibility, inclusion and the needs of diverse and vulnerable users. Develop research plans, discussion guides and usability-testing scenarios.
