We're looking for an experienced Interactive DCL / GUI Script Developer to join a specialist technical team supporting and enhancing manufacturing systems. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and support Interactive DCL and/or GUI scripts.
- Debug and maintain undocumented scripts and files.
- Write and optimise SQL queries.
- Create DataLink queries, sorts, and joins.
- Investigate issues and distinguish between Sector7 application bugs and inherent system limitations.
- Provide ongoing support for production-critical applications.
Essential Skills
Interactive DCL Developers Candidates should have experience with:
- Developing and supporting Interactive DCL scripts.
- PROMIS application support, including: Creating and moving lots, Changing equipment states, DataLink queries, sorts, and joins, Debugging undocumented DCL files, SQL.
- Understanding the difference between Sector7 bugs and inherent system limitations/failures.
GUI Script Developers Candidates should have experience with:
- GUI script development and support.
- DataLink queries, sorts, and joins.
- Debugging undocumented files.
