We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading global aerospace manufacturing organisation as a Supply Logistics Agent on a contract basis for an initial period of 9 months.
Due to the nature of the work, this is an onsite role at the company's Belfast site.
You will manage all transactional elements of parts supply, ensuring schedules are met, assets are optimised, and operations run smoothly.
You will provide governance and visibility to the Operations Team while working closely with Supply Chain Execution on schedule, capacity planning, inventory management, kitting, and system data accuracy.
Responsibilities include:
- Accurately report and govern supply chain data to Operations
- Communicate parts supply enablement profiles
- Maintain operational systems with high data accuracy
- Manage parameters to ensure optimal asset utilisation
- Support and collaborate within a natural team environment
- Analyse forward load and capacity plans, including Line of Balance updates
- Ensure timely delivery of parts to the shopfloor and external customers
About you:
You will have an HNC or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CPIM, CIPS) and you will have had some relevant Supply Chain experience, with good working knowledge of supply chain processes. Knowledge and experience of Material Requirements planning systems is essential. Basic understanding of supply chain processes.
