We are working with a global leading gaming brand who are looking for an experienced D2C / eCommerce Operations professional to drive operational excellence, standardisation and continuous improvement across a global direct-to-consumer network.
This role would suit someone from a large consumer, retail, technology, electronics or eCommerce business with experience managing complex, multi-market operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive global D2C process standardisation and continuous improvement
- Identify and resolve operational, fulfilment and supply chain issues
- Manage and improve 3PL, warehousing and logistics partner performance
- Support system integrations, enhancements, UAT and partner onboarding
- Analyse KPIs and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Support new market launches, SKU growth and operational expansion
- Work closely with Commercial, Finance, IT, Supply Chain and Operations teams
- Develop business cases, improvement plans and executive-level reporting
About you:
- Strong experience in D2C, eCommerce, supply chain, logistics or operational excellence
- Demonstrable experience with 3rd Party Logistics, fulfilment and logistics
- Proven track record delivering process improvement and standardisationExperience with systems integration, UAT and operational implementation
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating across a complex, global organisation
