BMS Static Service Engineer - Trend & Tridium

We are looking for an experienced BMS Static Service Engineer to join a leading BMS business, working on a key commercial site in Central London.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive BMS maintenance.
- Fault-find and diagnose BMS hardware, software and controls issues.
- Service and optimise existing BMS installations.
- Work with Trend and Tridium/Niagara systems.
- Liaise with clients and on-site facilities teams.
- Complete service reports and technical documentation.
- Identify potential system improvements and remedial works.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a BMS Service Engineer.
- Proven Trend experience.
- Experience with Tridium/Niagara.
- Good understanding of HVAC controls and BMS systems.
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
