Business Analyst
Sheffield / Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite
£374 per day inside ir35
6-month contract

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support business change, process improvement, and technology transformation initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
Produce BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with development and testing teams throughout delivery.
Support UAT, defect management, and business sign-off.
Maintain requirements traceability and project documentation.
Essential Experience:
Proven Business Analyst experience within complex change or technology programmes.
Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Must be eligible for BPSS clearance.
Desirable: Banking or financial services experience, regulatory change, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Azure DevOps.
