SAP HR/Payroll Consultant + Initial 4-6 week contract + £500 to £540 per day + Fully remote Key Skills: + SAP HR/Payroll + SAP SuccessFactors SAP HR Payroll and SuccessFactors Consultant: + Analyze Business Requirements: Understand and map client s HR and payroll processes to SAP SuccessFactors functionalities. + Configuration and Implementation: Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Payroll, and other relevant modules + User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support and guidance. + System Testing and Troubleshooting: Participate in system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of defects. + Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including functional requirements/specifications, system configurations, and user guides. + Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the system aligns with organizational goals and objectives. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in SAP Payroll/HR industry. Experience with at least two full life cycle implementations of SAP HR/Payroll.
