Responsibilities

  • Analyse and document current-state lending and underwriting processes.
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into clear, structured requirements.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our new lending platform and its capabilities.
  • Define future-state processes and working practices.
  • Identify gaps between existing processes and platform functionality.
  • Document required configuration, functionality and potential platform enhancements.
  • Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, internal BAs and the technology provider.
  • Support requirements relating to lending metrics and credit data or bureau integrations.
  • Contribute to the wider transformation programme, with the role potentially evolving toward more project-focused support as the programme progresses.

We are supporting a major financial services transformation programme as we transition to a third-party lending platform.

This is a 3-month contract role, likely to extend, based in Reading on a hybrid basis with 2 to 3 days per week onsite.

The role offers a day rate of £500 to £585 inside IR35.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help bridge the gap between our business processes and the capabilities of the new platform, working closely with an internal BA and our third-party provider.
