Business Analyst x2 +6 months + +SC cleared role +Inside Ir35 +£500 - £575 a day +Sole British national only - due to nature of the project We are seeking experienced Business Analysts with a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion and Oracle Applications to support a key business and technology programme based in the Reading area. The successful candidates will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs, gather and document requirements, and support the delivery of effective system and process solutions. Key Responsibilities Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements. Develop clear and structured functional and business requirements documentation. Apply knowledge of Oracle Fusion and Oracle Applications to support business analysis activities. Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Work collaboratively with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and aligned with business objectives. Support requirements validation and contribute to the successful delivery of project outcomes. Essential Skills and Experience Proven experience working as a Business Analyst. Understanding of Oracle Fusion and Oracle Applications. Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Valid, transferable Security Check (SC) clearance.
