Financial Services Client is hiring for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing international organisation and support hiring across the UK & Ireland.
This is a hands-on role covering end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding, working closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
Key requirements:
- 3-6 years Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience
- Strong experience recruiting Technology or Data and Analytics professionals
- Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies across different geographies
- Confident sourcing passive talent using LinkedIn, job boards, networking and AI tools
- Strong ATS, recruitment reporting and data analysis skills
- Experience managing recruitment agencies / PSLs
- Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion in recruitment
