We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a major organisational transformation programme, helping multiple organisations and business units transition onto a unified Target Operating Model (TOM). This is a broad, strategic role where you'll work across business, technology, service management and transformation teams, developing practical end-to-end solutions that are scalable, supportable and aligned with wider business and technical objectives.

The Role

  • Lead solution design activities across the transformation programme.
  • Develop end-to-end solutions covering people, process, technology, data, service and governance.
  • Translate complex business requirements into practical technical and operational solutions.
  • Analyse existing operating models, processes and technology landscapes.
  • Identify impacts, dependencies, risks and opportunities associated with organisational change.
  • Support the onboarding and integration of organisations and user communities onto common platforms and services.
  • Define how applications, platforms, services and operational processes integrate within the future-state environment.
  • Work closely with Architecture, Infrastructure, Applications, Security, Service Integration and Business Analysis teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and engage with senior stakeholders across the programme.
  • Produce high-quality solution designs, documentation and architecture artefacts.
  • Support design governance, assurance and implementation activities.

About You

We're looking for someone with strong experience in Solution Architecture / Solution Design who can operate comfortably across both business and technical environments.

You should have:

  • Significant experience in Solution Architecture, Solution Design, Systems Analysis or Technical Design.
  • Experience working on large-scale organisational transformation programmes.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end solutions.
  • Strong understanding of operating model and business process transformation.
  • Experience spanning people, process, technology and service management.
  • Knowledge of systems integration, platform onboarding and service adoption.
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and documentation abilities.
  • The ability to balance strategic objectives with practical delivery requirements.
