ServiceNow SME +Fully remote +3-6 months + +Inside IR35 +£525 – £550 a day We\’re seeking an experienced ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert to support a large-scale greenfield ITSM deployment, replacing an existing ServiceNow implementation. You\’ll play a key role in designing and implementing IT Catalog items with workflow automation, helping to translate current catalogue requests and business requirements into a new ServiceNow environment. Key responsibilities: Lead implementation of IT Catalog items using Workflow and Flow Designer Support delivery of a greenfield ServiceNow ITSM deployment Translate existing catalogue requests and requirements into the new platform Provide SME-level guidance across the ServiceNow implementation Key skills & experience: Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM Proven implementation expertise in IT Catalog, Workflow and Flow Designer Experience delivering complex, large enterprise ServiceNow deployments Ability to bridge business requirements into technical solutions If you\’d like to discuss this ServiceNow SME role in more detail, please send your updated CV to (url removed) and I will get in touch
