Requirements
- Proven experience leading Identity & Access Management (IAM) in a large or complex organisation
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of IAM protocols and standards, including LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
- Track record of managing service operations, including incidents, problems, SLAs, and stakeholder communications
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, or IAM-related certifications
- Nice to have: cloud IAM experience, automation or scripting experience, multi‑region IAM rollout experience, and regulatory exposure
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end IAM service delivery, including SLA performance, BAU operations, and service reporting
- Own incident and problem management for IAM, ensuring rapid and effective resolution
- Define and improve IAM policies, standards, and processes to meet security and compliance needs
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to integrate IAM across platforms
- Coach and lead the IAM team while raising operational maturity and service quality
