Graduate Field Service Engineer – Dental & Medical Equipment Location: Dublin Area Salary: Graduate / Junior Technician: €35,000 1 Year+ Dental Engineering Experience: €48,000 – €50,000, with a pathway to €55,000 Are you a Medical or Biomedical Engineering graduate looking for your first step into the healthcare technology field? This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist engineering team supporting vital dental and medical equipment across Ireland. What you\’ll be doing: Install, maintain, and repair a wide range of equipment including digital X-rays, dental treatment chairs, compressors, aspiration systems, and sterilisers. Use advanced fault-finding techniques and develop technical expertise through extensive training (we\’ll invest in you for the long term). Provide high-quality service and support to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. Attend specialist technical training courses to continually build your skills. Travel across Ireland to support customers (occasional overnight stays). What we\’re offering: Salary: €35,000 for graduates; €48k-€50k for those with 1+ year experience, rising to €55k with progression. Company van (no BIK) Paid overtime after 44 hours/week (including travel). €11 per day lunch allowance. Pension: Employer 3%, Employee 3%. Life assurance: 4x base salary. Annual leave: 23 days + 10 public holidays. Christmas bonus: No work between Dec 24th – Jan 2nd (automatically allocated). No on-call (though it is written into the contract for future flexibility).
