Office Administrator in Farnham

We are representing a professional services client who is looking to hire a Business Management Administrator to join their successful and growing team in Farnham. This is a varied role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office, working closely with the Business Management team and providing administrative support across the wider organisation. You will be responsible for helping to keep the office running efficiently and providing a high level of support to colleagues, clients and external stakeholders. Due to the nature of the role, this is a fully onsite role. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the day-to-day running of the office, including facilities, supplies and equipment Providing general administrative support across the business Document management including maintaining filing systems Coordinating meetings, appointments and internal events Supporting billing Liaising with clients, suppliers and other external contacts Using Microsoft Office and internal systems to manage administrative tasks Supporting team-building, social and charity eventsAbout you: You will be an experienced administrator, ideally with some experience in an office administration role Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other business systemsIf you're an experienced administrator who enjoys a busy, varied role and wants to join a supportive and growing organisation, apply now to find out more
