- Windows Server (2019, 2016, 2012, 2008)
- Virtualisation platforms such as VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper‑V
- Active Directory and identity management
- Monitoring and management tools (SCOM, SCCM)
- Anti‑virus solutions (e.g. McAfee)
- Software license management
- Infrastructure support services and system configuration methodologies
