Engineering Excellence Manager | Defence 70,000 - 75,000 + bonus + excellent benefits A leading defence and aerospace engineering organisation is looking for an experienced Engineering Excellence Manager to help shape and develop the capability of its Engineering function. This is a broad and influential role, covering engineering capability, PLM/ALM systems, configuration management, governance and continuous improvement. You ll work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Programmes, HR and IT to ensure the Engineering function has the people, skills, systems and processes required to support both current and future programmes.
