We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join an established professional services firm on a 3-month contract, working on a hybrid basis in their offices in Farnham.
The role will provide support across a range of employee relations matters, working closely with managers and employees to ensure issues are handled fairly and consistently.
Key responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters.
- Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases.
- Assist with investigations and case management.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide general HR advice and support as required.
About you
- You will be CIPD qualified.
- Previous experience in an Employee Relations or HR Advisor role, ideally working in a law firm, accountancy firm or professional services environment.
- Good knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR processes.
- Comfortable advising managers on a range of ER matters.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage a varied workload.
- This would suit an experienced HR professional who can quickly get up to speed and provide practical ER support within a busy professional services environment
