We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of a greenfield Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform within a highly secure environment. This is a key role where you'll shape a modern Microsoft-based identity solution, working closely with infrastructure, security, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of a new on-premise IAM platform.
- Design secure identity solutions using Windows Server 2022, Active Directory, and ADFS.
- Deliver Single Sign-On (SSO), federation, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) solutions.
- Define architecture standards, technical governance, and best practices.
- Produce HLDs, LLDs, and technical documentation.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement throughout project delivery.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience as a Solution or Technical Architect delivering Microsoft identity solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, Windows Server 2022, and enterprise IAM.
- Experience with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO, and RBAC.
- Good understanding of networking, DNS, firewalls, routing, and load balancing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within Defence or other highly secure environments.
Desirable
- Microsoft Identity or Solutions Architect certifications.
- Hybrid identity and PowerShell automation experience.
