We re supporting a leading UK defence manufacturer as they continue to invest in Operational Excellence and are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to help drive business-wide transformation.

Working across manufacturing and support functions, you ll identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, cost and delivery performance while embedding a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

This is a highly visible role where you ll influence stakeholders at every level and lead projects that directly support business growth.

The opportunity Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Team Leader, you ll work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Business Support teams to identify improvement opportunities, facilitate Lean initiatives and ensure improvements are successfully implemented and sustained.

You ll combine data analysis with practical problem solving, using Lean Six Sigma tools to eliminate waste, optimise processes and improve operational performance.
