Business Analyst - CMS / Digital Operations 6-month Contract Rate: £280 - £305 per day insideIR35 London - Hybrid Currently recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to join a global digital and marketing technology environment for a 6-month Contract. This is a hands-on role combining business analysis, UAT/QA, CMS operations and production support, working closely with business, marketing and technology teams across multiple regions. Responsibilities: * Execute UAT, regression testing and release validation. * Provide day-to-day operational support for an enterprise CMS. * Troubleshoot content, publishing, configuration and access issues. * Gather requirements and create clear Jira tickets and acceptance criteria. * Track defects and work with technical teams through to resolution. * Maintain platform documentation and knowledge resources. * Support platform communications, releases and time-sensitive content updates. Skills and Experience: * 3-5+ years' experience in Business Analysis, CMS, QA, digital operations or a similar role. * Experience with enterprise CMS platforms and UAT/release testing. * Familiarity with Jira or similar tools. * Strong requirements, documentation and stakeholder management skills. * Comfortable working across business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment. * Experience supporting global or multi-region teams is advantageous.
