My client has a requirement for a 3rd line support engineer to join their team on site in London to provide support to their infrastructure environments, to carry out the following activities:
- Trouble-shooting environmental infrastructure issues (Windows, RHEL, SAN, GPO's, WSUS, AD, AppLocker etc)
- Working with the Network, Engineering and SOC teams to trouble-shoot issues that affect End Users
- Working direct with client leads to resolve escalated incidents
- Patching and Maintenance of test and live environments to include installing Anti-Virus, WSUS, RHEL & other product updates
- Working with PKI Certificates and SIEM tooling
- Providing support to Engineering & Test teams
- AD Administration activities - accounts, groups, memberships, permissions etc
- Participating in rota for On-Call to ensure 24/7/365 support is provided
The chosen candidate will ideally be an experienced grade, with a track record of infrastructure support.
Your experience:
- Infrastructure: VMWare vSphere; Windows Server; Windows AD, DNS, WSUS and RDS; McAfee; RHEL;
- Applications (nice to have): SharePoint, SQL, Exchange, CASD
Must be eligible for DV clearance.
