Global Services Company is hiring for an Insurance Business Analyst with strong insurance sector knowledge and a product ownership mindset. You will act as the key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to shape high-impact analytics products that drive real business value. This is a permanent position, based in London and operating on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days in the office. Salary on offer is between £50K - £60K + Bonus + Benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with underwriters, product teams, and data scientists
- Translate business goals into detailed user stories and project plans
- Define and prioritize backlogs, ensuring clear and actionable requirements
- Support delivery teams using agile/DevOps best practices
Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role within data/analytics
- Insurance industry experience, ideally across Underwriting or Claims Analytics
- SQL skills for data exploration/validation
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Agile delivery experience and cross-functional collaboration
