Project Planner +2/3 days on site in Aberdeen +Inside IR35 +£500 - £550 a day +3-6 months + We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Planner with extensive experience in programme-level planning to support a complex Oil & Gas programme based in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing high-level integrated plans covering multiple sub-projects, ensuring individual project schedules align with overall programme objectives, key milestones and delivery timelines. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-level programme plans covering multiple projects and workstreams. Manage integrated schedules across multiple sub-projects, identifying dependencies, interfaces and critical paths. Provide programme-level planning, forecasting and progress reporting. Work closely with Project Managers, Programme Managers and project teams to ensure accurate and integrated planning. Monitor progress against key milestones and identify delays, risks and schedule conflicts. Analyse schedule impacts and provide recommendations for mitigation and recovery. Consolidate information from multiple project teams into a clear programme-level view. Support programme governance, reporting and planning reviews. Essential Experience Extensive Project Planning experience at Programme Level. Proven experience developing and managing high-level integrated plans across multiple sub-projects. Significant Oil & Gas industry experience - essential. Strong understanding of programme dependencies, interfaces, milestones and critical paths. Experience working on large, complex and multi-disciplinary programmes. Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple project teams. Excellent analytical, planning and reporting skills. Strong experience with project planning and scheduling tools. Location Aberdeen - 2/3 days per week on site, with the remainder potentially worked remotely
