Our client is a professional and dynamic Construction Consultancy with a track record of advising on major projects and complex mixed used development schemes throughout the UK. To support their busy team, they now require an experienced Construction Planner / delay analyst to join the business.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and abilities:
- Minimum of 10 years with a recognised Building Contractor or consultancy environment in a Senior Construction Planning role
- LLM Qualification in Construction Law is highly desirable
- Experience of pre and post contract tender planning on jobs upwards of £10M is required
- Ability to use latest Primavera P6 / Asta Planning software or equivalent system
- Experience of complex commercial or Public Sector schemes
- Ability to relate well to internal colleagues and external clients
