CORE JOB DESCRIPTION
The core job description is to provide on-site guarding duties to ensure the effective security of the client’s premises. To ensure that client requirements are met in full. To ensure that problems and incidents are handled in the most appropriate and effective manner. To represent the company in the presence of clients and members of the public.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to work on own initiative and unsupervised
- Must have previous front of house experience
- Experience in conflict management
- An ability to interface effectively with team members, the public and clients
- To represent the company effectively in all situations
- Able to work anti‑social hours as and when required
- An ability to understand and use electronic security systems following training
- Must have Security or DS License; preferred CCTV as second license or prepared to complete the training course
- Right to work in UK and solid five‑year checkable history
