HVAC Maintenance Engineer
Southwest London
CBS Recruitment are looking for a HVAC Maintenance Engineer for an on going contract across various sites in Tooting,Kingston, Merton, Wandsworth and Carshalton.
You will be carrying out PPMs on:
- Cold water booster sets
- Heating & Chilled water pumps
- Heating & Chilled water pressurisation units to include associated expansion vessels
- Associated pipework valves, zone valves, strainers
The ideal HVAC Maintenance Engineer will have:
- Proven experience working within commercial buildings, ideally within a building services or facilities maintenance environment
- Previous experience carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across mechanical and air-conditioning systems
- Good knowledge of pumps and associated mechanical systems
- Basic electrical fault-finding and diagnostic ability
- Experience with filling out service reports
- Full UK driving licence
- A commercial gas cert is advantageous but not essential
