CBS Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced Mechanical Project Managers in and around the West Midlands. This is a permanent position with a reputable, family run subcontractor with a repeat client base built over years of successful project delivery.
As a Mechanical Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Planning, coordinating and directing projects.
- Managing project costs including material and labour expenses.
- Preparing and delivering progress reports.
- Communicating and collaborating with architects, contractors and clients.
- Producing CVR and monthly job cost reports.
- Overseeing and troubleshooting Plumbing and Pipework installations.
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Addressing and resolving any issues or disputes related to the project.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Producing RAMS.
The ideal Mechanical Project Manager will have:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager running projects up to £1M in value.
- Extensive knowledge of Plumbing and Pipework systems.
- Strong understanding of project management principles.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
The successful Mechanical Project Manager will receive:
- A basic salary of up to £60,000 per annum.
- A company vehicle / car allowance.
- 21 days annual leave + bank holidays.
