Our Client, a well-established HVAC contractor, is currently seeking an experienced HVAC / Ductwork Project Manager to join their growing team to support across various commercial / industrial projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Manager with a strong background in Ventilation to take ownership of complex projects from pre-construction through to final handover.
As HVAC / Ductwork Project Manager, you will:
- Manage full project lifecycle: planning, procurement, installation, and handover
- Ensure projects are delivered on time to company standards.
- Maintain excellent communication with the site teams.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Liase with main contractors, consultants, and clients
- Attend site and progress meetings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a HVAC Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems.
- Experience working on large-scale commercial / industrial projects ideally with values up to £1M.
- Ability to manage programmes and budgets effectively
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- SMSTS, CSCS (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
