Our Client, a well-established HVAC contractor, is currently seeking an experienced HVAC / Ductwork Project Manager to join their growing team to support across various commercial / industrial projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Manager with a strong background in Ventilation to take ownership of complex projects from pre-construction through to final handover.

As HVAC / Ductwork Project Manager, you will:

  • Manage full project lifecycle: planning, procurement, installation, and handover
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time to company standards.
  • Maintain excellent communication with the site teams.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met.
  • Liase with main contractors, consultants, and clients
  • Attend site and progress meetings

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a HVAC Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems.
  • Experience working on large-scale commercial / industrial projects ideally with values up to £1M.
  • Ability to manage programmes and budgets effectively
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • SMSTS, CSCS (preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence
