CBS Recruitment are hiring on behalf of a growing M&E contractor with a solid pipeline of projects for 2026 across Education, Retail, Leisure and Industrial sectors. This is a great opportunity to join a growing M&E contractor and become an integral part of the growing electrical division.
The Role:
- Working closely with in-house commercial staff, secure best cost for labour, materials, etc.
- Manage the complete project life-cycle from design through to final completion & handover.
- Attending weekly progress meetings, design team meetings, client meetings while acting as a company representative.
- Liaise and communicate with estimating, commercial & contract teams.
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are met.
- Manage site teams including subcontractors.
The ideal Electrical Project Manager will have:
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
- Relevant electrical qualifications and Industry Certificates.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Electrical Project Manager working within the Commercial sector.
- Strong IT skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks whilst keeping company standards.
- A proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
