I'm looking for an experienced SAP HR/Payroll Consultant to join a major SAP delivery team supporting a large, high-profile client. This is a genuinely hands-on role where you'll be working across SAP HCM and Payroll, combining solution design, configuration, project delivery and live service support within a complex, multi-supplier environment.

You'll be joining an established SAP practice working on a large-scale SAP estate, with the opportunity to influence solution design and make a tangible impact across both project and live-service environments. There's also plenty of scope to work with and develop your knowledge of SAP's evolving landscape, including SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, BTP, Concur and Cloud Analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure and enhance SAP HCM & Payroll solutions
- Take ownership of SAP Payroll issues, changes and enhancements
- Support both project delivery and Live Service environments
- Investigate issues and translate requirements into effective SAP solutions
- Produce high-quality Solution Documents, Functional Specifications, WRICEFs and other documentation
- Work closely with client stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions
- Provide estimates and contribute to planning and delivery
- Collaborate with experienced onshore and offshore SAP teams
