We're looking for a Backup Storage Engineer to join an established team of 2nd and 3rd Line engineers, supporting a high-profile customer environment across multiple data centres.
This is a hands-on infrastructure role where you'll be responsible for the support, administration and development of enterprise storage and backup platforms , while working closely with customers, stakeholders and wider technical teams.
The Role You'll be responsible for maintaining the availability, performance and resilience of large-scale storage and backup environments across three data centre sites .
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Providing 2nd Line support across enterprise storage and backup environments.
Supporting and administering Net App storage and Cohesity backup platforms.
Investigating and resolving incidents, service requests and problem tickets within agreed SLAs.
Handling Severity 1 2 incidents and contributing to Root Cause Analysis.
