We're seeking an experienced Strategy Lead to drive strategic planning and transformation across a large-scale technology infrastructure function.
Key responsibilities:
Lead strategic planning, roadmaps and transformation priorities.
Drive governance, portfolio oversight and executive reporting.
Support investment planning, budget management and resource allocation.
Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and strategic decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, resilience and service quality.
Essential experience:
Proven background in strategy, transformation or portfolio management.
Mandatory banking or financial services experience.
Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including cloud and hybrid environments.
Excellent executive communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
Experience operating within complex, highly regulated organisations.
