You'll play a key role in the Partner Platform, enabling global content creators to deliver games, media, and immersive experiences to millions of users worldwide. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions across the ServiceNow platform
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Provide expert insight into platform capabilities and best practices
- Work closely with global stakeholders in a consultative manner
- Plan, estimate, and deliver platform enhancements
- Build integrations and optimise platform performance
Required skill set:
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience (3+ years)
- Proven track record delivering across the ServiceNow platform
- Solid Service Portal development experience
- Strong technical background across: JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, HTTP
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems
- Comfortable working in Agile environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Experience working in SAFe/Scrum frameworks
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Understanding of SaaS/Cloud technologies
