My client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to work across multiple accounts within a shared service. You will be providing technical support for all of the services in the business as well as assisting in day to day operations.
Key experience:
- Experience working in 1st Line or Service Desk support
- Windows servers
- Knowledge of MS Service Centre Support tool set (SCCM, SCOM, SCSM)
The successful candidate will be sponsored through SC security clearance for this role.
