About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electronic Warfare Engineer to join a highly skilled engineering team delivering advanced defence and security capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Electronic Warfare (EW), RF communications, sensor systems, and Position, Navigation and Timing (PNT) technologies, supporting critical national defence programmes. You will play a key role in the design, development and delivery of innovative EW solutions, providing technical leadership across the full engineering life cycle. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who thrives in technically challenging environments and enjoys working closely with customers to solve complex operational problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of advanced Electronic Warfare systems and solutions.
- Act as a System Design Authority on assigned projects, from concept and research through to deployment and support.
- Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Deliver systems engineering expertise across research, development, product delivery, trials, and customer demonstrations.
- Work closely with defence customers and end users to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.
