Recruitment Administrator – Temporary Contract
- Central Birmingham (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)
- PAYE £16/Umbrella £21
- Initial 6 months
Are you an organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator with experience using Workday? We're looking for a confident and detail-oriented professional to join our team on a temporary basis in Birmingham.
Key Accountabilities – Recruitment Administrator
+ Manage all team administration and oversee the team inbox
+ Act as the primary contact for invoice and rate queries with Finance and Accounts Payable
+ Build and maintain strong working relationships with our offshore HR transactions team
+ Support Recruit Advisors with end-to-end recruitment processes
+ Assist with onboarding processes via Workday and interview coordination
Skills and experience required – Recruitment Administrator
+ Previous experience in a Recruitment Administration role
+ Familiarity with HR/ATS systems, ideally Workday
+ Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
+ Competency in Microsoft Office tools
