Quality & Operational Support Coordinator +6 months + opportunity to go permanent +We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Quality & Operational Support Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support to the Quality Management System (QMS) Manager. The role will support the maintenance of the organisation's Quality Management System, ensuring documentation and records are accurate, governance processes are followed, and audit findings and improvement actions are tracked through to completion. Support the maintenance of the Quality Management System and associated documentation and records. Carry out or support scheduled internal audits using established processes and templates. Gather and review supporting evidence, identifying gaps or exceptions and escalating issues appropriately. Support document reviews, Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement activities. Produce routine management information, reports and governance materials. Previous experience in an administrative, operational support, quality, governance or similar role. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS) environment. Knowledge of ISO 9001 or ISO 9000 quality management principles. Internal audit or Quality Assurance experience. Document control experience. Root Cause Analysis or continuous improvement experience. Reporting and data analysis experience.
