M&E Project EngineerKidderminster | £42,000 – £50,000 + Benefits

I'm working with a specialist engineering manufacturer who are seeking an M&E Project Engineer to join their Future Factory team. This is an exciting chance to be part of a business that thrives on innovation, problem-solving, and shared success.

As the M&E Project Engineer you will be required to deliver mechanical, electrical, and construction elements of site modernisation projects-ensuring they run smoothly, on time and within safety standards.

You'll work closely with contractors and the project team, manage timelines and budgets, and keep everything on track from planning to completion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing mechanical, electrical, and construction elements of site modernisation projects

  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and safety documentation

  • Liaising with contractors, project managers, and internal teams

  • Attending site, safety, engineering, and cost meetings

  • Monitoring progress and resolving issues to keep projects on track

You'll need:

  • BTEC or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Construction

  • Strong knowledge of construction methodology and M&E installations

  • Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, and construction drawings
