Manufacturing / Production Engineer
An internationally renowned Engineering company are looking for a Manufacturing or Production Engineer who is looking for a change in their career and a difference focus. Utilising the skills you have learn in manufacturing and production processes you will use this technical knowledge to control the purchasing of keys products and parts which range from commerical compenents through to complex and bespoke machinery.
The company offers a great opportunity to progress along with high levels of job security as they continue to expand.
For this position you may have:
+ Experience as a Manufacturing or Production Engineer with direct product problem solving
+ Understanding of continuous improvement manufacturing techniques, for example Lean and Kaizen
+ Degree in an Engineering Subject such as Mechanical (BSc , MSc , BEng, MEng) or equivalent
+ Supporting all aspects of the manufacturing teams
+ Implementation of continuous improvement techniques including Value Stream Mapping and 5S methods
