CBS Butler is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for introducing and supporting the manufacture of complex electromechanical products onsite in Hampshire. You will drive NPI, DFM and DFA, and shape the Manufacturing Engineering strategy to ensure smooth design-to-production transitions.

Ideal candidates will have leadership in low-volume, high-complexity manufacturing, PCB-based assemblies, and a track record in Lean and Six Sigma.
